ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Abstracts are submitted via link on this Web Site. It is necessary to select and enter the required information and send the abstract and all the requested data. Please use Latin characters without special characters and note the default range of characters in the text of the abstract. In the case of a larger number of characters than allowed, and after sending an abstract you will be alerted to reduce their number. You are able to see the abstract in the form of generated document and check the validity of data and characters. In case of any difficulties that can not be resolved, contact the organizer of the event.

 

APPLICATION FOR THE EVENT
You can apply for the event in two ways: online and offline.

ONLINE APPLICATION
You apply on this website through an online form. You need to fill out all requested fields and select from all requested boxes. By clicking "Send", the next step allows you to review all selected and input data. By clicking on "Done" your online application is completed. The following page provides a confirmation of successful application, together with all the information you need to proceed to payment.

Payment by credit card, online (American Express, Diners, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro):  you will be re-directed to a safe (32-bit SSL encrypted) T-com Pay Way page where you will go through the online credit card payment process. After successfully completing it, you will receive a confirmation of successful application and transaction on the page itself as well as via e-mail.

Payment by credit card, offline (American Express, Diners, MasterCard, Visa): after successfully completing the application, you will receive a confirmation of successful application on the page itself as well as via e-mail. The page will provide you with the option of downloading an offline form for credit card authorization. The filled-out form is sent by e-mail or fax to the convention organizer.

Bank payment:  after successfully completing the application, you will receive a confirmation of successful application on the page itself as well as via e-mail, together with bank payment information: company name, account number, reference number, etc.

OFFLINE APPLICATION
You apply on this website through an offline form. The offline form can be downloaded on the online application page. The filled-out form is sent by e-mail or fax to the convention organizer. The offline form is the same as the online form with the same fields and data entry and selection, as well as payment methods. The offline form is necessary when the user cannot complete the online application process successfully for any reason, such as Internet connection problems, switched-off Internet script mode, etc.
